Recently I played cash flow with 3 studio accountants and one other Realtor. What made it fun was that I was the nubie and the designated driver. There is more to that. I am more artist than math. Maybe all artist, new to liking numbers. We had the best time. If you have not played it and don’t know what it is I’ll try and explain. Remember Monopoly? Remember Life? Put them together Because you can land on a square that gets you a baby or a boat and you go around the board collecting paychecks till you get out of the “Rat race of payroll and life as many know it…by investing. You land on opportunities to buy. You can borrow, you can buy the deal another player might sell you. Add good people, good wine and cheese and a lot of erasing -your ever growing buying and selling properties till you make it out to the second tier…of cash flow. That is where the real money is made. I know a teacher that uses this game in the inner city to teach kids what they could really be thinking about with financial freedom. I know lots of realtors that play it together each month to sharpen their claws, oops I ment paws didn’t I? The best of all is to be sure you know about it and apply it to your husband, wife, children or clients because it is a perfect game of instruction designed by the “Cash flow” King billionaire of Rich Dad Poor Dad fame, Robert T. Kiyosaki. What a contribution to the world. Hats off!
