Usually there is another agent on the other side of the deal. The friendship may develop and trust is the result. That is why when realtors communicate, as they do on Blogs, that Realtors learn from each other and grow each day in a world of new inventory. Think of the fun we have learning about each area and each relationship to schools, community, and careers that we have to share with each other and to the world.
