Actively involved in Mastermind relationships with Realtors in many diverse
companies throughout the world. Lynne is SRES, CDPE Certified Lisitng and
selling short sales and REO, and selling luxury homes, income and
investment properties.

Lynne Pope served as a MLS Director combined South Bay Board of
Realtors, during the decision making transition toward combined
statewide MLS. Keller Williams trained and certified in
Colorado as Team Leader for Keller Williams Redondo Beach. Most
recently as Office Manager for RE/MAX South Bay. Diverse locations and
helping people find and sell properties in Different MLS areas: Palos
Verdes, South
Lynne is a Masters graduate of the American Film Institute with awards
for design including 2000 Oscar, Dramalogue 1999, Furniture Systems
award NEOCOn. An active participant with grand-children’s schools:
teaching art in most grades and creating a fun system for 5th graders

outreach to South Africa healing missions- sending containers of books

HOW DO I BRING IN BUYERS?
· OPEN HOUSES – I have it open for buyers on one day of the weekend and or one late afternoon a week. We work it out with your schedule. We have a supra lockbox system in our MLS area that tracks every agent and time of showing. Visibility and availability is key to the sale.
LOCAL MEDIA – Your home will be featured in local newspapers, LA times, Daily Breeze or Beach Reporter, and a magazine.
WEBSITE – Your home will be featured on my website www.teamatthebeach.com, click on featured listings to see where you would be placed. Click on the Virtual Tour hyperlink (under the picture) to see how I can feature the interior of your home. Virtual tours greatly increase the chances that a Buyer will look at your home online. You would be listed on Yahoo.com, Homes.com, Homeseekers.com and Realtor.com, the biggest real estate search engines for Buyers!
· INTERNET – More and more people are finding homes on the internet. I subscribe to a service that provides me with leads that I have successfully converted to closed sales!! I use Craig¢â‚¬â„¢s List every week and find it the #1 lead sources today. It reaches today¢â‚¬â„¢s buyers.
· AGENT NETWORK – Statistically speaking, your home sale will come about as a result of an agent knowing about your home. Every agent in our REMAX office will know about your home as well as others in the area. The Brokers Open house is advertised on the MLS is on Tuesday, Thursday or Friday depending on area. Our REMAX office has a caravan of agents to tour your home.
· MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE – Over 10,000 REALTORS will have access to your listing through our local and linked agent network called Carats.
· VIRTUAL TOUR – Realtor.com statistics state that homes with a virtual tour are viewed online by Buyers before homes that do not have it. Your home will have a beautiful, professionally done virtual tour! I have a featured home contract with Realtor.com which really stands out!
HOW DO I KEEP ¢â‚¬Å“ YOU¢â‚¬Â INFORMED?
· PHONE, FAX, EMAIL – I will contact you personally AT LEAST once per week until your home is SOLD. If you don’t want email, then it will be a phone call, it’s your choice.
· MARKETING SERVICES REPORT ¢â‚¬â€œI will report EVERYTHING about what I am doing to sell your home, the results and the views you are receiving, Agents who viewed the home, what their feedback was, and much more.
Much of my business comes from people I know. I have been working with buyers for investment, second homes, vacation homes, first time buyers, and move up and down buyers, Commercial properties I’m Happy, helpful and see the best in everyone. I enjoy reading books on Healing, Synergy, music, Film, Real Estate, Art, Education, and Photography. I am Church, Education and Family Focused- 3 children and 5 grandchildren.
