It began with the need. Being part of a family connected to several states in America and in other countries is the first incentive.
The best way to serve our family and friends is to help them connect. It’s got that wireless feeling. Years ago our local MLS wondered if they should join in southern California. Leadership moved forward and connected the dots to our future.
At the same time I am part of a group, way beyond sharing locally. It is exciting to plug into the Canadian market, the European countries and find the agents through this amazing relationship freeway! Should I really say AIRWAY!

With Facebook growing pages and friends in high places maybe the open house ads need to run to FACEBOOK as fast as they have on CRAIGS LIST in the past.
Realtors are bombarded with people telling us they will give us top page for Google..only do this,,,only do that.
I do a lot of open houses. Yet the sales I have this year have not come from that. It came from people who know me. Still its a way of getting out there and meeting people.
So open house on many listings is entered into the MLS and picked up and promoted on other sites.
