One person told me that the Rose Bowl showing our local weather to the world caused more people to move to the beaches than any other thing.  Could be? But for me- I moved to California in 1968 and it was like coming home forever. I lived in Hollywood, N. Hollywood, Sun Valley, Handcock Park 1972 and our  first home cost 45K , Woodland Hills 1983 then Hermosa Beach 1986. You can see the economics getting better. 

Home Ownership is the single best economic thing that I have accomplished. I have 2 listings in Hermosa Beach, 2055 Circle Drive pending sale, and 2010 Manhattan Ave for sale. This N. Hermosa area is truly one of the best Beach cities to live in. Our open houses this weekend were sunny and warm but best of all, the sparking Blue Pacific was RADIANT.
