I wrote a blog yesterday and it seems to be lost. I sometimes hit publish and get the navigate away from the page warning when I want to publish and voila…its gone. Does anyone out there have a suggestion?

I have a suggestion for you to try the following areas of protection. Write it in google docs. or word( that can be a problem in coding I was told. Then go to the tab above that says HTML and it will fix that. Still if you are like me you just want to grab any tool and start writing on the wall of the cave….Buffalo coming…

I am that person…scout of Wagon Train…I ride ahead in the wilderness and try to find meaning in the adventure. Oh the tracks that those before me have left…Thank you Laurie Manny, Daniel real estate Zebra, Jeff Turner, Kevin Boer, Pat Kitano, so many leaders and I’m meeting them at Inman. I bloggged today on active rain. These people know things. They are expert trackers and can ride ahead like the wind. Being at Inman is like the stagecoach Inn. I am the voyer, the kid on the ship, I’m all eyes, ears and sometimes…mouth.

Most people don’t major in real estate or say when I grow up I want to be a realtor. Many of the kids of Realtors say they don’t want to work that hard. Many later and a few sooner join in.  As a profession it was late to attract the attention of University preparation. In 2003 University relationships didn’t seem to be something big on the radar of the NAR. It was growing in local community colleges. I observed it change in Los Angeles about that time.

The explosion was kind of like the 100 monkeys. Its everywhere now. But University and Colleges are way behind the mighty new breed of Real Estate trainers. Here is my tip on where the money is going to be in the new internet breed of trainers. Move over Ferry, Buffini, Stump…..for the INTERNET.

I may have not been born into the Wright brothers, but I am blessed to know two differing pioneers, The bridges brothers, of the Global Trust Team. They are currently educating the individual real estate agents.
