3 Oceans beat me to the punch on Condi Rice real estate
0 Comments Published by popelynne August 8th, 2008 in Real Estate Information. by popelynneIts a small small world. California is always the place to go when you have won lost or drawn and I say ”Disneyland” is the final cure all. Graumans can put your feet and hands in cement. The wax museum will have you out in the lobby before the first snow hits Washington. N. California is trying to beat S.California to the punch. The White house of Sacramento, San Francisco or San Jose- has nothing on Orange County. http://3oceansrealestate.com/blog/ read his article on Condi
The prices are ripe for the picking!
From Disneyland you can be the featured speaker for any play you want.
Condi and the Chipmonk - thats a cookie friar, and they are only friends.
And THEN..the TRUTH comes out. Its so obvious. Condi is going to VEGAS! Why else would George W Bush make a strange, unsolicited gestrue _ that typo is so…funny I have to leave it in…Another word..
for gesture. When methinks its much ado about nothing…the gestrue is there to say this gesture is true. The irony is that it is in fact not true. Get it? No matter the question will Condi get it…in Vegas, or N. California if Kevin gets “His Way” or Disneyland- the greatest little spot on earth.
Lets start a poll. Where will Condi move?
The O.C. is unlikely now that you can get so much house there they had to drop the TV show. It has to be Vegas!
First time buyers in VEGAS get a big tax break. Its a set up for Condi. I just found out about it -tonight-from a neighbor moving there. So its good a few others can share in the deal. Its also a clever mask to get some of those darned foreclosures and dry lawns off the radar. Its just not presidential. “Leave it better than you found it.” I heard that.
Vegasm… I keep making funny typos…another new word…When Bush is vague…its a vegasm. Do not type after midnight if you are a true geek. I am becoming a bit vege myself.
Fire Alarm in San Francisco Larkspur Hotel and new German Friends

Workmen’s fumes set off a fire alarm in the hotel in the early am hours. The warning system continued as people exited the stairs peacefully. “Hey lady, your back pack zippers are all open” A kind German tourist told me. I closed them up and joined in conversation with the group of 3 women on the street at 4:30 am.
We talked about the things we felt important enough to exit with during the fire exit. Camera’s were number 1 cell phones number 2. nothing else mattered. I exited the stairwell along with my Inman roommate, Mara Hawks of Auburn, Alabama. She is a blogger on http://activerain.com/blogs/mhawks. We all set out to find a coffee shop open that early. Sure enough the kind lady in the Starabucks that opened at 5 am told us about the 24 hour one open 2 blocks away. Our Tea party began. Two were coffee but I don’t care. The words don’t work “coffee party” We had a wonderful conversation with the German and American versions of the world. We laughed, we cried, and we talked of Hillary Clinton who we all wanted to win. (You cried? someone might say) Yes, after meeting strangers in less than one hour we talked of a story that brought us to tears: the death of a bird and the 4th grader who rode her bike to find her peace over the loss-”Mom, I just wanted to feel the wind in my face the way he did as he flew to heaven.” We left the area
INMAN is in San Francisco 2008

This July 22-25 the INMAN conference is going to ROCK.
There are lots of people going and the numbers will increase each day. There is a seeming shortage of these round blue buttons. You can go online and only get a square one now. Go to INMAN.com and check out the conference. You can call Katy in the blogging area of the conference and the details will be spelled out of joining and coming to the conference.
How does this affect the community hoping to sell their homes? To ask a blogger just ask how easy is it to stay on top of your game. Getting on top in Real Estate, news, new legal changes, new communication techniques. Reading blogs and INMAN news is the way most of the people I know are doing it. Yes I am twittering and twirl and its still so new I feel like I am trying a hoola hoop for the first time. If you are a Realtor reader…..you will want to check this out. This could be your year.
If you are a buyer or seller and reading this, hooray. You will know your realtor is continuing in education. It is my privilidge to bring experience back to my clients.
