My costume designer’s home in Gardena is a great spot for someone who wants a lot of storage. The bonus room has one long closet with mirror doors. Isn’t it darling. She fell in love with the parquet wood floors. She went on to add the bamboo through all the bedrooms. New flooring in the kitchen-laundry and bathroom and new kitchen appliances grace an already great home. The fruit trees are mature and bearing. The driveway can park 4 cars plus a 2 car garage. This is for professionals who need to drive only a short way to access the freeways. It is blue and white charming.

I have it showcased on Realtor.com in Gardena in the 350-400 price range area to shop. It is also on Trulia, and a ton of other sites. I’m about to add it to Craigs list too. I am open to ideas from other agents on marketing on the internet.

How long for Trulia to update a price? 785K from 825K “3629 230th St. Torrance”

I changed the price for 3629 230th in Torrance California from 825K to 785K on Saturday and it is still showing the old price?

Should I be changing it myself?

Lots of Realtors and I read each others blog. I also blog on ActiveRain.com/lynnepope and so there I can get quick answers from so many agents. I commented today on 2.

Trulia voices is really fun to check out.

Right now this address 3629 230th is the lowest price for the largest square footage in area 127.

I had an open house on the weekend and had a lot of visitors and several were from trulia. I will definitely spend more time there responding since they sent me buyers! Double sets of French Doors and new roof are major upgrades to a well kept home!

He suggests www.Trulia.com and www.Realtor.com. However, I wish he had mentioned www.RE/MAX.com. This is the second largest searched after Realtor.com. Who are you out shopping with?

www.Zillow.com has off pricing (everybody knows, if you didn’t now you do. The good thing they have is every little mls everywhere. The are broad and not deep, in my view.
