Meet Lynne
She is a Real Estate Agent in the Los Angeles area, who began her own journey of home-making, building, buying, and selling in the early 1980s with a classic craftsman-style Hancock Park home. Before her present settlement in Hermosa Beach with her husband, Bob, many home-centered years and careers cultivated soulful roots and community connections, from the valley to the beaches, with many miles distanced between Mulholland Drive, Hollywood Hills, and Long Beach.
Learning so much from years of work with Luxury Real Estate and being a long-time project manager for the selection, purchasing and installation of corporate art, led to some unique sales transactions, architecturally-inspired solutions, and one-of-a-kind opportunities.
In addition to being a licensed Real Estate Agent, Lynne holds a master’s degree in Fine Arts Set Design from the American Film Institute, adding home staging, movie location, and film to her organizational, resourceful, and creative experiences.
Her early career was as an interior designer at Century City’s Pope & Associates Interior Space Planning and Design Company, and it was here that she developed both an appreciation and understanding of architectural concepts and design. Lynne handled a variety of design projects and also collaborated as a team consultant in the interior designing of high-end corporate offices, and showrooms, and the coordinating of construction details that connected her communications to almost every major city. She not only developed skills for negotiating with sophisticated corporate development, design, contract analysis, management, and sales, but she also developed these skills into an art.
Negotiating is one of the most vital engagements of a real estate transaction. Having Lynne in your corner when it comes to buying or selling a home is an advantage.
Lynne comes from a creative family of teachers. Her Grammy-nominated jazz musician dad, (“Knocky Parker”), led to travels and interests across America, resulting in helping families move to multiple states. Serving veterans and teachers, giving service and skill to finding and negotiating a property became her joyful and successful work.
Lynne supports her buyers and sellers with clear and complete information throughout the process. Her artful skills and professionalism bring about successful outcomes as well as new relationships with clients and other Real Estate Agents. In her words, “making everyone a friend by seeing everyone as family, comes from the Golden Rule of Love.”
